1. Stop worrying about what others think.
You can’t be responsible for how everyone around you feels about how you live your life. So stop worrying about how your family, partner, and friends will react to your choices, and start getting real about how you feel about your life. Ask yourself,…
Just what I needed today. Actually, every day for that matter.

I think this might be the greatest contribution I have ever given planet earth.
Chocolate peanut butter banana bread. It’s whole grain and vegan to boot.
It is the perfect Abi bread because it is super hardy, dense and peanut buttery. But, it is not at all sweet. I am still working on the recipe so people who actually have a sweet tooth can enjoy it as well. I just had to share something with you though because it was oh so good. :)
please share this recipe, oh my goodness…. please. i beg of you!
It’s beautiful :’)
Geneen Roth’s Eating Guidelines to Intuitive Eating:
For all of those recovering from their darkest days of an eating disorder, no matter which disorder, I highly recommend Geneen Roth’s Women, Food, and God. This book has helped (and is helping) me search for the love within myself, and has kept me from abandoning myself when I thought recovery wasn’t possible. She’s an incredible inspiration, and even if you do not struggle with food, it will help you learn self-compassion. The passages are simply breathtaking, as well. I’m on my second go with the book because it’s just that nice.

Nothing like picking fresh vegetables to cook for dinner… oh and feeding satanic goats.
I just made commitment to myself and my neighborhood yoga studio.
3 classes for 20 bucks. Though, I’m sure there will be many more classes where that came from.
I’m really exited about starting this new commitment to myself and to the earth by learning to take car of myself.
‘Trying to make myself the best Bonnie I can be :)
Thank you for the reminder :P
